High automation capability and welding speed

In the prototype area, laser technology offers us a trimming tool that is flexible to the highest degree. This enables us to achieve the shortest possible throughput times, even for complex formed body parts. Machine-independent programming and subsequent measurement data feedback from CNC coordinate measuring technology enable us to perform cost-effective trim adjustments. In addition to cutting, laser welding is also part of our manufacturing program. We process aluminum, steel sheets in various grades and coatings, and stainless steels.
